With Leaving Certificate Physical Education now introduced in 64 schools nationwide, the time has come to begin the planning and preparation process for the subject’s implementation in your school.With a view to being ready for the roll out in September 2020, this workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of the specification, outline the key considerations for the teacher and student as well as the digital technology requirements.The workshop will be a mix of theory and practical, with time spent using some of the apps central to the teaching and learning in Leaving Cert PE.

Participants are asked to bring a tablet or Ipad with them on the evening and a printed copy of the LCPE Specification which can be downloaded at www.ncca.ie
