Description : Will cover fundamental basketball skills, drills and plenty of new ideas for use on the court.

Course : Athletics Leader
Description : Focuses on introducing the fundamentals of athletic movement to children. Provides skills and tools to manage and lead an Athletics programme.

Course : Foundation in Cycling Coaching Award
Description : First level of the Cycling Ireland Coaching Pathway. Aimed at people new to coaching and those wishing to start on the cycling coaching ladder.
Involves all the basics of cycling coaching and provides you with a good introduction to the principles of coaching and training.
The award will give you all of the knowledge and information you need to coach the cyclist at the developmental stages of the cyclist pathway (FUNdamentals and Introduction to Training). Focuses on introducing the fundamentals of athletic movement to children.

Course : Fundamentals Ladies Gaelic Football
Description : Introductory coaching programme, which looks at importance of creating a positive environment for our players, planning and implementing training programmes. Importance of fundamental movement skills & injury prevention

Course : FAI Kick Start I
Description : Designed to assist coaches, to introduce children (aged 6-9 years) to fun soccer games and FUNdamental movement skills in a well-structured, stimulating and safe environment. Mix of theory and practical.
Date : 6th & 7th April 2016
Course : Badminton shuttle Time
Description : First step on the ladder to becoming a coach. It is aimed at assistant coaches in clubs, and school teachers who wish to deliver badminton in their schools. Shuttle Time will give participants a basic knowledge of the coaching process.

Course : Level 1: Introduction to Kayaking
Description : Short program emphasizing safety, enjoyment and skill acquisition for entry level individuals in the public, private and commercial setting.
