** Gymnastics Workshop **

Tue 7^th April 2009, Mary Immaculate College

A gymnastics workshop for teachers will take place during the Easter holidays on Tuesday 7^th April  from 3.00 – 5.00pm in Tailteann (Sports Building) at Mary Immaculate College.

The session will include:

·        progressions for fundamental gymnastics skills

·        strategies for introducing and developing gymnastics sequences

·        tips for appropriate content for different class levels

The workshop will be facilitated by Elaine Murtagh, who is a Lecturer in PE at Mary Immaculate College and a qualified Gymnastics coach and tutor.
