Cork PEAI Regional Workshops

Sport Education Project Team 2006/2007

Over the school year, four PEAI ‘Sport Education’ seminars have taken place. They were based on the topic of ‘Sport Education’ relating to the sport of badminton. These were led superbly by Deborah Tannehill (University of Limerick PESS Department). The teachers involved are currently creating concrete materials for use in Physical Education classes in the future.

As well as the workshop, it serve as a great opportunity to meet with fellow PE teachers in the Cork area.
